What it is for

The Rehlko-Kohler-Lombardini M16 water temperature sensor with original code ED0091951080-S is a two-pin thermoswitch installed on the thermostat assembly of FOCS-series diesel engines.

The component detects coolant temperature and sends the corresponding signal to the glow-plug control system and temperature warning circuit. On newer configurations, a single sensor combines functions previously managed by two separate components.

It is compatible with LDW 502, LDW 602, LDW 702, LDW 903, LDW 1003, LDW 1204, LDW 1204/T and LDW 1404 engines, as well as the corresponding Kohler KDW 502, KDW 702, KDW 1003 and KDW 1404 models. On some applications, compatibility depends on the engine serial number.
