What it is for

The Rehlko-Kohler-Lombardini Intermotor electronic ignition coil with original code ED0015672120-S generates the high voltage required by the spark plug to ignite the air-fuel mixture in IM-series petrol engines.

The module incorporates an electronic ignition system and replaces several earlier coils equipped with mechanical contact points and a condenser. A defective coil may cause difficult starting, weak spark, irregular running or engine shutdown when hot.

It is compatible with older-generation IM250, IM252, IM300, IM302, IM350, IM352, IM359 and IM359 CEE engines. Technical sources specify an approximate mounting-hole spacing of 70 mm and a mounting-plate thickness of approximately 9 mm.
